Friendliness of the staff; they speak English Free breakfast & coffee You can enter at any time of day A/C (it was quite hot when we were there) Changing of sheets + daily cleaning Close to metro stations Feeling of safety of the hotel and vicinity
The quality of the mattress wasn't great - still no back pain after having slept on it, so not too bad either. TV showed only Italian and 1 French TV station. Then again, we weren't there for the TV.

The location is perfect. A short walk to Loreto metro and a charming pizzeria nearby enhances the culinary experience.

The location is about 20 min walk or 2 mrt stops from the main railway station. The hotel has only two stars, but better than many others hotels. It was spacious and included breakfast was great. The staffs were kind and we were very satisfied.

The staff were all really friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the pillows were better than you usually find in a hotel. The mini bar was first one in a hotel that I have ever stayed in where the drinks were reasonably priced. The hotel has free wifi that works well. The room was well equipped with fans, air con and a flat screen tv. The breakfast was good and value for money overall.

Despite the 'charming' decor, the lack of air conditioning in my room was a huge letdown and unacceptable. And honestly, not having even a refrigerator reminded me of a joke to me. I almost thought about giving a good review, but how could I when I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for enduring this less than basic experience?

The hotel is cool and comfortable with absolutely perfect staff at the reception desk. The location of the property is great, close to shop and close to a metro station. Citta Studi is a district that deserves exploring.

The odor in the room is unbearable, and the basic toiletries are laughable!!! Improve the climate control, as it's crude to require assistance for basic temperature adjustments!!!

The room was very clean, and the furniture new. Air conditioning which helped a lot on a hot late summer day. Free wifi.
No parking place at the hotel available - you have to stop somewhere on the street, check in, then drive 3 streets to park in the garage - the parking fee is 15€/night. The tv had a lot of programs but 95% of them didn't work. During night we could hear our neighbor going to the toilet. Our toilet flusher leaked and we could hear the whole night the water drip. From about 6 o'clock in the morning sleeping is impossible as you can hear everything that happens on the halls outside the room.

Hotel Loreto is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the Loreto metro. Rooms are clean, and I loved the large bathroom! Just be prepared for thin walls, noise can be an issue. Not a bad place for a short stay!

Wonderful and cool hotel, I truly enjoyed its very central location adjacent to the metro stop '' Loreto '', other places in Milan and railway station. In general the staff were very good and absolutely perfect. I came here for 3 nights and had a really great stay.

The staff was exceedingly helpful and personable. One of them took the initiative to suggest several places that we could visit and provided directions for getting there. The room was also very comfortable, with good air-conditioning, especially in the heat of the Italian summer. Although the breakfast variety was not large, the food was generally good.
There is no lift in the hotel, so travellers with heavy luggage should note that they need to carry their luggage up 2 flights of steps to get to the reception. The shower cubicle is also quite small.
